Perch Houses is a housing management platform for women 55+ interested in luxury co-living. Perch needed a brand that connected with their mission of later in life happiness and a web product that was simple to use. We designed the Perch brand & first web product, as well as helped them define their onboarding flow for new renters. We also helped the product come to life with engineering.
